DOOSUNG provides manufactured rubber parts through multiple technology systems such as Conventional Molding, Semi Auto Molding, Liquid Injection Molding, Liquid Silicone Rubber Overmolding, and 2-Shot Injection Molding.
One of these multi-faceted approaches for manufacturing rubber components is conventional system. DOOSUNG produces compression molded rubber parts and transferred molded rubber parts under hot runner system. Although byproduct occurrence and possibility of irregular uniformity requires time consuming efforts, our conventional system saves a great deal in investment costs due to low demands in technical skills. In addition, the ability to produce small amount of items with various kinds leads to efficiently create the sample products before going into mass production.
Along with Conventional system, we use Semi Auto System which runs under cold runner system with solid materials. Despite its high cost and technology needs, its quality uniformity, efficient manufacturing process, mass production and no byproduct make it useful. |
