Liquid Silicone Rubber Overmolding
We specialize in
Injection Molded Rubber Parts
Overmolding indicates combining an already-finished product around or into the rubber
components. Overmolding is a two-step process in which the first step includes placing a plastic
part or metal part into the mold.
Then Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is being overmolded with plastic or metal part for the final
products. LSR Overmolding, comprised of two phase molding process quickens the product
development cycle, for it molds both the thermoplastic and silicone rubber parts in a single step.
It is a cost-effective solution, for it eliminates the risk and cost associated with secondary assembly.

Finally, the flexibility on part designs, reduced part size and weight, and accurate parts all lead to reliable performance. The efficiency in integrating two different components into one
contributes a great deal in manufacturing goods that brings satisfaction to the customers.
